Our staff concentrate on a 38-point checklist on every visit. Every cleaning is completed with our signature Communication Card. This Communication Card provides opportunity for you to make note of areas you would like us to pay special attention to on our next visit. Your complete satisfaction is our goal. That being said, will we ever leave a mirror streaky? Sooner or later we probably will, since we are all human we are prone to mistakes. If after a cleaning service you are not satisfied with some aspect of our cleaning please call the office within 24 hours and we will send the team back the next business day to make things right. With independent cleaners, homeowners usually develop a personal relationship with the service provider. While this can be an asset, it may make it difficult to discuss any dissatisfaction you may have. With Jiffy Maid, you can enjoy a personal relationship while utilizing our office to discuss any questions or concerns.

We complete a background and criminal history check on each staff member before we hire them. We have earned the trust of our clients and 90% of them leave their keys with us as we secure them with our key coding system. As much as possible it is our practice to send the same team of two to your home as they become very familiar with the home and the cleaning requirements.

Our staff is outfitted with white Polo shirts, jeans and a professionally designed cleaning apron. Because the people who clean your home are Jiffy Maid employees, you don't have to worry about worker's compensation issues. You will never be under a contract that commits you to a certain number of cleanings. Just give us a 2 business day notice to cancel or change your service. It is our custom to bring our own cleaning supplies! We use products and equipment which we have tested and believe to be the best in the industry. We are happy to use your supplies or a special product that you request, however, we will not be responsible for any liability that results.
